摘    要:幼儿教师职业生涯可分为职前、入职、职后三个时期。在这三个不同的时期,幼儿教师可能面临着一些关于职业发展方面的困惑,而这些困惑也带有一定共同的规律和特点。本文关注幼儿教师在职业生涯发展各阶段面临的常见困惑,探讨这些困惑的相关影响因素,并进一步提出面对困惑时可以考虑的应对策略。

Abstract:The preschool teacher’s career development covers three periods which refer to pre-service,in-service and post-service respectively.During all three periods,confusion might happen to the preschool teachers.However,there are some common points and characteristics in their confusion.This paper attempts to analyze the causes of the confusion and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
