| 摘 要： | 当代大学生非正式群体心理健康方面的问题主要表现为心理失调、环境不适、情绪冲突、消极对抗等几个方面。要保证当代大学生非正式群体的心理健康，就必须强化非正式群体成员的心理素质教育，缩小管理者与非正式群体学生组织之间的心理距离，协调非正式群体与正式群体的关系，加强校园文化建设，创造良好的成长环境，注重心理卫生教育以促进心理相容，加强对非正式群体的管理。

| Abstract: | Mental health problems of the informal group among the undergraduates mainly show in the following aspects: mental imbalance, environmental inadaptation, emotional conflict and negative confrontation. In order to guarantee the mental
health of the informal group among the undergraduates, the following things must be done--strengthening the education of
mental quality, reducing the mental distance between managers and the organization composed by students of the informal group, coordinating the relation between the informal and formal group, strengthening the construction of campus culture, creating a good environment of growing, paying attention to the education of mental health and strengthening the management of the informal group. |
