| 摘 要： | 以拓展训练内涵的分析为切入点,在对拓展训练的起源与现状及大学公共体育课中开展拓展训练的意义进行分析的基础上,提出高校公共体育课中应创设条件、设置情景使体育教学与拓展训练有机地结合起来的建议.并基于对我国拓展训练开展的现状、当今时代背景分析归纳,借鉴国外拓展训练课程的经验,对我国拓展训练课程体系进行深入研究,力图建构大学拓展训练课程教学过程管理模式.
