| 摘 要： | 本文就第三方文献资源服务的含义及作用作了阐述,并就针对如何开展第三方文献资源服务的理念和特色资源建设的必要性加以说明,目的是提出加强第三方文献资源服务的开展和图书馆自身特色资源建设与利用,以便提高图书馆的文献信息服务能力和文献保障渠道的拓展,还就提高现有文献资源的利用和合理布局提出了笔者的观点。
