| 摘 要： | 劳动价值论，是马克思经济学说的重要组成部分，它的基本理论必须坚持。要与时俱进地发展劳动价值论，首先必须承认必要劳动和剩余劳动也是社会主义市场经济的范畴。同时，要在肯定马克思强调的物质生产劳动创造价位这一历史唯物论的观点的同时，充分认识到科技劳动、管理劳动和服务劳动也创造价位。特别是要克服和消除对私营经济的偏见，不能不作具体分析地把私营企业主的管理活动简单地斥责为剥削活动。私营企业主作为中国特色社会主义事业的建设，他们的管理活动也创造价值。

On the Theory of Labor To be Developed Timely |

| Abstract: | The theory of labor value is an important part of Carl Marx's economy theory,and its basic principle should be insisted. To keep the pace with time, as the development of the theory of labor value, it should be accepted that the essential labor and the surplus labor also belong to the category of socialist market economy. At the same time, it should be sufficiently realized that the science & technology labor, management labor and service labor also create value, while we affirm the historic materialism view which is emphasized by Carl Marx that matter production labor creates value. Especially, the prejudice such as eliminating privately owned economy should be conquered, and we should not simply regard the management labor of the owners of privately owned enterprise as exploiting without particular analysis. While the owners of privately owned enterprises are also constructor of Chinese characteristic socialism, their management labor also create value. |
