| 摘 要： | 采用冷浸法提取杜仲叶中的总黄酮,探讨最佳的提取测定条件,经实验结果表明:最佳浸提温度为17℃;最佳乙醇浓度为70%,其相对标准偏差为1.64%,测定回收率为99.18%.

| Abstract: | The extracting condition of flavonoid compounds from Eucommia ulmoides oliv by the alcohol extracting at house temperature was studied.The results showed that temperature of 17 and alcohol of 70% is the best condition RSD 1.64%.Reclaim 99.18%. |
