| 摘 要： | 2014年底,中国经济进入到新常态,经济增长方式从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动。转变经济增长方式、深化产业结构调整,不可避免地对高校创新创业教育工作产生深刻影响。河南牧业经济学院作为农林类财经院校,要积极围绕新常态下创新创业教育工作出现的新特点、新问题对就业工作带来的变化进行调整。积极把握新形势,主动转变旧有观念,客观面对新常态、适应新常态,才能收获满意的工作结果,提高毕业生就业质量。
