| 摘 要： | 通过分析燃油箱箍带的工艺结构，采用多槽模具并对其工艺进行优化，从而有效提高设备利用率且降低了人工成本，对柔性化窄长类零件的工艺设计及生产积累了经验。

| Abstract: | The structure of fuel tank bands is analyzed,sub-cavity molds are utilized and its process is optimized so as to increase the utilization ratio of the equipment and lower the labor cost,which will provide good experience for producing the narrow plus lengthy parts of the kind. |
