| 摘 要： | 分析了目前高校贵重仪器设备共享工作中存在的主要问题,阐述了系统构建贵重仪器设备共享激励机制的必要性,提出高校在构建贵重仪器设备共享激励机制的过程中应着重考虑的4个要素,并介绍了中山大学的一些具体做法和取得的效益。
