| 摘 要： | 文章归纳了FMCG的行业特点及供应链的主要特征，阐述了欧盟东扩的背景及现状，分析了欧盟东扩对欧盟及全球供应链所产生的影响，并以Unilever为例来验证欧盟东扩带来的实际效应。在此基础上，就优化欧盟FMCG供应链管理提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | This paper concludes the features of FMCG industry and major characteristics of its supply chain,sets forth the background and current situation of EU eastern enlargement,and analyzes the impact of the eastern enlargement on EU and the global supply chain.It also examines the actual effects brought by EU eastern enlargement by taking Unilever as an example,and puts forward an improvement advice for optimization of EU's FMCG supply chain on the basis. |
