| 摘 要： | 创建低碳城市是落实科学发展观的客观要求,是实现城市创新发展、科学发展和转型发展的根本途径,是城市发展的新方向。研究城市的低碳发展,既有理论价值,也有现实意义。本文通过对城市发展的低碳化转型、低碳城市发展的重点领域进行探讨,提出了建设低碳城市的主要路径,包括保障政策机制、调整产业结构、构建绿色建筑、发展低碳交通、崇尚低碳消费、打造低碳环境等。

| Abstract: | Creating a low-carbon city is the objective requirement on implementing the scientific outlook,it is the fundamental way to realize the development of city’s innovation,scientific development and transformation development,which is the new direction of the city development.The Research on low-carbon city development,not only has theoretical values,but also real senses.Through the discuss about the low carbon transformation of the city development and the major fields of low-carbon city development,the article puts forward the main path to the construction of low-carbon city,including ensuring the security policy mechanism,adjusting the industrial structure,constructing green buildings,developing the low-carbon transportation,advocating low-carbon consumption,creating a low-carbon environment and so on. |
