| Abstract: | Through the combination of all the stages of the development of editors＇ career management of college jour- nals with the development process of psychological contract, this paper explores the relationship between editors＇ profes- sional conduct and the corresponding psychological mechanism. The construction of editors＇ career management of colleg journals based on psychological contract plays an important role in arousing editors＇ potential and achieving benign inter- actions and sustainable development between colleges and editors. |
