摘    要:将高校学报编辑职业生涯发展的各个阶段与心理契约的发展过程结合起来,探讨编辑的职业行为与相应的心理机制的关系,构建基于心理契约的高校学报编辑职业生涯管理,对激发编辑的潜能,实现高校与编辑之间的良性互动和可持续发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Through the combination of all the stages of the development of editors' career management of college jour- nals with the development process of psychological contract, this paper explores the relationship between editors' profes- sional conduct and the corresponding psychological mechanism. The construction of editors' career management of colleg journals based on psychological contract plays an important role in arousing editors' potential and achieving benign inter- actions and sustainable development between colleges and editors.
