| 摘 要： | 在对比分析国外国有资产管理模式及其发展趋势的基础上,讨论了国有企业管理与国有资产管理的关系,分析我国国有资产管理任务的艰巨性,并且强调中国是公有制为基础的社会主义国家,管理好国有资产远比其他国家更加重要,目前还没有成功的经验可以照搬,值得去探索。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparative analysis of fore ig n state-owned assets management models and development trends,this paper ex amines the relationship between state-owned enterprise management and state-o wned assets management,and then explores the extreme difficulties facing state-owned assets management.Furthermore,it emphasizes that since China is a soci alist country based on public ownership,it is far more important to do well in state-owned assets management in China than in other countries.Unfortunately ,there are not any existent successful experiences for us to draw.Therefore ,the only way out is to explore the state-owned assets management models fit for China. |
