| 摘 要： | 大学生就业即将面临的知识产权问题概括起来有四，即著作权问题，专利权问题，商业秘密问题，与商业秘密保护有关的竞业禁止问题。准确了解这些问题的相关法律规定及其应用，对于大学生恰当处理和用人单位之间的关系、有力维护自己的权益是十分必要的。
