| Abstract: | According to the requirement of ’capacity priority’ in the ’national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan’,this article analyzed the important abilities of undergraduate for obtaining employment,and reviewed the five generally applicable abilities that undergraduate should have throughout the perspective of the undergraduate career guidance,Furthermore,this article seeked to find an effective way to build the ability training system in the undergraduate career guidance and explored the training system from the content of the curriculum,teaching forms and teachers. |
