电力企业人力资源培训的问题与对策

摘    要:在分析电力企业人力资源培训现状的基础上,分析目前企业培训工作主要存在的几个问题:观念与意识淡薄,培训目标不明确;培训经费短缺,激励机制不健全;培训手段落后,信息化程度不高。提出相应的解决对策:学习理论,研究市场,提高人力资源意识;明确目标,优化导向,建构信息时代企业培训新模式;优化资源,节约经费,改善培训激励机制。

Abstract:On the base of the analysis of the present situation of human resources in electric enterprise, this paper considers the following problems: lack of concept and consciousness, purposes of training not clear, and lack of money, motivational mechanism not sound, training means backward and informationization not high. Meanwhile, some coantermeasures are put forward: efforts should be focused on study of theory and market research; new training models should be built with clear purposes; motivational mechanism should be improved to maximize and economize.
