| 摘 要： | 随着信息的指数级增长，如何对海量信息进行科学管理日益成为人们的关注热点，相关专家学者纷纷提出基于信息生命周期的管理理念。然而，在信息生命周期研究过程中仍存在许多悬而未决的理论问题，例如何谓信息生命周期，信息生命周期中的运动变化规律如何，信息生命周期与信息管理周期以及信息生命周期管理之间存在何种区别与联系等。通过对信息生命周期及相关概念的辨析，提出信息生命周期研究的主要内容与研究方法，进而获得信息生命周期概念及理论研究的新认识。
