| 摘 要： | 当今世界,各国的城市化道路大致上可以简单地归结为两种类型:一种是自然城市化,另一种是行政城市化。两种模式各有所长,前者的优点往往是后者的弱点,而前者的弱点又往往是后者的优点,二者可以实现优势互补。我国的城市化是在市场力与行政力的交织和制衡中逐步推进的,是一个受到高度行政干预的过程。本文提出混合型城市发展模式,以实现城市化发展战略的最优化。

| Abstract: | China's urbanization is gradually advancing in the cutting edge of the checks and balances between market forces and administrative forces.Natural urbanization and administrative urbanization have their own advantages.The advantages of the former are often the weaknesses of the latter,and the advantages of the latter are often the weaknesses of the former.Therefore,the two urbanization patterns can be achieved between the merits of complementary.So I brought up the so-called mixed urbanization development model to achieve optimization of the urbanization development model.In the modern urban development trend,the mixed urbanization development model is the inevitable choice. |
