| 摘 要： | 高校本科学前教育专业渗透式实践教学方案具有注重学科课程课内实践,发挥不同学科背景专业导师作用等特征,能为学生的职业角色意识和能力的形成提供有力支持,也有利于高等教育应用型人才培养目标的实现,发挥合并型高校的专业发展优势。高校本科学前教育专业教师在设计与实施渗透式实践教学方案时要注重计划的制订以及教学实践基地和导师共同体的建设,督促学生完成有针对性的实践作业,以帮助学生早日做好入职准备。
