摘    要:塑造幼儿健全人格是全人教育背景下幼儿教育所倡导的方向,也是早期教育的重要目标。幼儿期人格的完善对以后的人格建构影响极大,因此必须构建出有效的幼儿人格培养模式。本文根据人格的心理学研究成果,结合相关教育理论,提出幼儿人格培养的目标、内容与方法,以期为幼儿人格教育实践提供指导。
