| 摘 要： | 新公共管理运动对许多相关领域都产生了影响。为了积极探讨其对财政学发展的作用，采用实证、比较等方法，对新公共管理运动对财政学的影响进行了一定程度的分析，认为新公共管理运动至少在公共产品的私人提供、财政预算管理等方面开拓和促进了财政学的发展，应当继续关注其对财政学发展的作用。

| Abstract: | the New Public Management Movement has had influence to many relative domains. In order to positively discuss the effect it has made to Public Finance, methods including real diagnosis, comparison, which have been used to analyze the New Public Management Movement's influence to Public Finance. Thought the New Public Management Movement develops and promots the Public Finance at least in the aspects of public goods' personal providing, fiscal budget management, etc., and should continue to pay attention to the influence. |
