| Abstract: | The administration through dual emphasis of law and morality is based on the internal relation between law and morality.It becomes a must owing to their own distinct characteristics.The legal tradition of "Dual Emphasis on Law and Morality" and integrated administration presents reference to the implementation of the social management model by means of dual emphasis on law and morality in our country.Therefore,in the modern China,it is necessary for us to achieve the unity in the management of the country both by law and by morality. |
