论徐特立的职业教育思想及其现实意义

摘    要:中国几千年的教育史就是读书至上论和读书无用论矛盾的历史。需要教育却又做官无望的科学技术无法得到重视,导致我国科学技术落后,国弱民愚。徐特立的职业思想有效地解决了读书至上论和读书无用论的矛盾。在他担任新中国的教育部副部长期间,我国的初等师范学校、初级技工学校遍地开花,迅速缓解了当时祖国建设技术人才奇缺的燃眉之急。这与徐特立具有系统性的职业教育思想有着十分重要的关系。徐特立职业教育思想主要有:职业教育使科学研究成果迅速地直接地运用于发展生产;职业教材的编写要从实例出发;在职学习与全日制正规学习并重;职业教育不重文凭而重实际水平。当前用人唯学历论和实施学历培训违背了徐特立的职业教育思想,徒耗教育资源,浪费了人才,助长了腐败。徐特立的职业教育思想对于今天的职业教育,仍旧具有伟大的现实意义。

Abstract:Thousands of years of Chinese educational history is one involving with the contradiction between the supreme of study and uselessness of study. Therefore, no more attention is paid to the education of science and technology but relying on it. This results in our backward of science and technology, the weak of the country and benighted people. But the problem was solved by Xu Te-li. When he was vice-president of Education Department of China, he proposed this professional education thought and carried it out. his main professional educational thought is: professional education makes scientific research results directly and quickly used into the production development; the editing of professional textbooks from the point of living examples; laying equal stress on both of professional study and full-time study. This thought is still of great realistic significance to the present professional education.
