摘    要:需要满足度主导着经理行为方向。经理需要满足度是受其需要、能力、资源分布与分配状况、行为耗费等七个因素的影响和制约的。经理激励法律制度安排,应遵循经理需要满足度公式,通过分配法资源来影响和控制经理需要满足度,促使经理产生预期的行为反应,以实现对经理的有效激励。

Abstract:manager behavior direction is mainly directed by the demand satisfaction rate,which is influenced and restricted by seven factors such as the need,capability,resources distribution,action cost,etc.Therefore,the manager promoting legal system should be in line with the demand satisfaction formula,meanwhile,the rate should be influenced and controlled by the allocation of legal resources,which can urge managers to behave as expected,thus to realize the efficient inspiration on them.
