| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术、多媒体技术和网络技术的发展,泛在环境下学习渐渐成为社会研究的热点之一。在这种环境的影响下,传统的图书馆服务也要随之作出调整。本文分三个部分,第一部分讨论泛在环境对图书馆服务的影响,第二部分论述了泛在环境下用户信息需求的特点,第三部分针对泛在环境下用户需求的特点探讨图书馆服务创新。
