| Abstract: | The society will enter the 21st century very soon. While accelerating the re-forms in higher education for adults into a new stage with great effort, we should build up a faculty with reasonable structure and high quality for higher education for adults. The facul-ty must suit the reform and development of the education in 21st century, which has great significance to the strengthening the administration of higher education for adults and to the improvement the quality of higher education for adults. |
