摘    要:设计了一种新型的星表着陆装置多工况落震试验台,并进行了结构力学性能分析。试验台装置包括台架系统、提升系统、落震系统、载荷采集系统和安保系统五部分,采用三维虚拟建模技术完成了试验台的结构设计;基于某型探月着陆器虚拟样机落震仿真结果,运用有限元方法进行试验台装置的瞬态动力学分析并校核其抗冲击性能。结果表明,该试验台装置满足着陆器的落震试验要求。

Abstract:A new multi-condition drop test bench is designed and its structural mechanical property is also checked.The test bench consists of five parts i.e.,platform system,lifting system,dropping system,load acquisition system and security system.And Solidworks is used in 3D drawing of their components.Based on the simulation results of a virtual prototype of a lunar lander,a transient dynamic analysis on the device is presented by using the finite element method and its impact resistance performance is checked.The result shows that the test bench meets the requirement of lander’s drop test.
