| 摘 要： | 在国际教育的改革与发展过程中，以培养人的就业创业意识与职业规划能力为主要目的的职业生涯教育显示了强大的生命力。本文试探讨职业生涯教育在心理学、教育学及哲学等领域的理论基础，进而分析职业生涯教育在我国的实践诉求，以不断丰富我国职业生涯教育的理论内涵与实践模式。

| Abstract: | In the reform and development of international education, vocational education aiming at developing vocational consciousness and planning ability shows great vitality. This essay firstly discusses theoretical basis of vocational education on psychology, ecology and philosophy, then points out the practical request of vocational education. This discussion can benefit the theory meanings and practical modes. |
