| 摘 要： | 当前我国中小学择校现象愈演愈烈,在实际操作中常与高收费、乱收费等问题连在一起,加重了学生家庭的经济负担,影响了学校的良好声誉,严重背离了我国基础教育均衡发展的原则,社会反响强烈。只有对此进行深入的分析思考与对策研究,才能不断规范和完善择校收费的行为,使之符合我国创建和谐社会的要求。

| Abstract: | Currently,the phenomenon of parents selecting good high schools or primary schools for their children becomes more and more popular,and always associates with the phenomenon of school charging high and irrational fees,which makes the economic burden of student families heavier,affects reputation of the schools and seriously deviates from equilibrium development principle of China's elementary education.It has aroused strong response in society.Only through thorough analysis and research into the measures to correct this phenomenon,can charging behaviors be standardized and irrational charging practice be corrected to make the behaviors accord with the fine goal of constructing harmonious society. |
