| 摘 要： | 语言是人类表情达意、沟通交流的重要方式,言语失调(例如阿尔兹海默症、口吃、失语症等)成为困扰人类思维和科学发展的难题。随着系统功能语言学方法论价值的凸显,为临床话语分析搭建了一个基于意义的分析框架,也为人们认识言语失调现象提供了一个全新的视角。功能语言学高度关注语言的意义和功能,即人们在真实语境中表现出来的交际能力,且功能语言学在理论层面上具有神经生理基础,有望结合神经学的社会符号模型为言语失调患者的康复提供一条可操作的路径。

| Abstract: | Language is an important communication tool for human beings.Speech disorder(such as Alzheimer’s disease,stuttering,aphasia,etc.)has become a problem that perplexes human thinking and scientific development.With the prominence of the methodological value of systemic functional linguistics,a meaning-based analysis framework has been established for clinical discourse analysis,and a new perspective has been provided for people to understand the phenomenon of speech disorder.Functional linguistics pays great attention to the meaning and function of language,that is,people’s communicative competence in the real context.Functional linguistics has neurophysiological basis in theory.It is hopeful to provide an operable path for the rehabilitation of patients with speech disorder combined with the social symbol model of neurology. |
