| 摘 要： | 正如几组数据所显示，广东在科技人力资源、劳动力素质、城市化进程中的人口素质以及广东成人教育发展等方面的状况，远不能适应广东建设经济强省的需要。切实地发展成人教育，根本改变广东人力资源素质状况，是广东建设教育强省的重要任务之一。
