摘    要:目标管理是以目标为导向,以人为中心,以成果为标准,而使组织和个人取得最佳业绩的现代管理方法。目标管理是企业绩效考核的基础,实施目标管理可以有效地促进企业的经营管理,加强企业团队建设,激发和调动员工的工作积极性。本文首先论述了实施目标管理的背景和意义,介绍了目标管理的基本定义、重要性和主要特征。接着论述了目标管理的实施程序,包括目标的设定、实施与管理、评价。接下来是本文的重点,主要论述了企业目标管理的问题,最后给出了相应的对策。加强长期目标与短期目标的结合,将员工需求整合进公司目标;充分调动积极性,消除抵触;做好管理授权,做到责权利的有机结合;努力实现目标管理与绩效评价的良性互动。

On the Application of Target Management in Enterprise Management

Abstract:Target management is a modern management method with targets as the orientation, people as the center, and result as the standard, in order to make the organization and individual achieve the optimal performance. Target management is the foundation of enterprise performance evaluation, so its imple-mentation can effectively promote enterprise management, en-hance enterprise teamwork construction, stimulate and motivate employers' work enthusiasm. This paper first elaborated the background and significance of implementing target management, introduced the basic definition, importance and main character-istics of target management. It then expounded the implementa-tion procedure of target management, including the setting, im-plementation and management, and evaluation of targets. The next is the key point of this paper, which is the issue of enterprise target management. It finally proposed corresponding counterme-asures:enhancingthecombinationoflong-termtargetandshort-term target,and integrating employer demand s with enterprise target;fully motivating enthusiasm and eliminating contradictions;effec-tively implementing management authorization and the organic integration of responsibility, right and interest;striving to realize the effective interaction between target management and performance evaluation.
