| 摘 要： | 随着素质教育改革的大力推进，学校越来越重视采取人文关怀的方式对大学生进行思想政治的教育。在做好大学生知识传授的同时，也更加注重学生情感的满足和发展。但是，目前我国高校在对大学生进行思想政治教育的过程中，在人文关怀方面还有很多的不足之处。本文通过对高校思想政治教育中人文关怀的缺失进行分析，提出了相应的对策，以期更好地满足大学生成长与发展需求。

| Abstract: | With the vigorous promotion of quality-oriented edu-cation reform, the way of college students＇ ideological and politi-cal education by humanistic care has attracted more and more at-tention in colleges. In addition to the knowledge instruction of college students, we should also pay attention to their emotional satisfaction and development. However, in the current ideological and political education of college students, there are still many shortcomings in humanistic care. Through analyzing the deficien-cies of humanistic care in college ideological and political educa-tion, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures, hoping to better meet the growth and development needs of college stu-dents. |
