| 摘 要： | 在工程实践应用的教学过程中，剪切和挤压变形的教学可以说是一个难点，学生在对作用力大小的计算方面能力较强，但对力的作用面的判断和大小计算方面存在一些问题。本文通过实例，采用在试验和经验基础上建立起来的计算方法，来进行讲解。

| Abstract: | In the teaching of engineering practical application, the teaching of shear and extruding deformation is a difficult point. Students are often good at calculating the magnitude of force, but have some problems in judging and calculating the surface on which a force acts. In this paper, through practical examples, the calculation method built on the basis of experiments and experi-ence is explained. |
