| 摘 要： | 县级图书馆是我国图书馆系统的重要组成部分，县级图书馆各项工作做得好不好，对县乡文化事业的繁荣和经济发展具有重要影响。为了更好地发挥县级图书馆的职能和作用，本文着重探讨了目前县级图书馆面临的问题并提出了解决问题的对策和建议。
