| 摘 要： | 善治能够体现经济市场化和政治民主化，是新时期世界范围的潮流和趋势。善治是高校行政管理权力向高校教育主体的回归，善治的过程其实就是一个还政于教的过程，因此应结合我国的基本国情和高校的实际情况，借鉴西方发达国家广泛应用的善治理论，将善治在我国高校行政管理中予以实践。

| Abstract: | Good governance can reflect economic liberalization and political democratization, so it is a trend and tendency in the new period around the world. Good governance is a return of uni-versity administration right to university education subjects, so it is in fact a process of returning administration to education. Therefore, combined with China＇s basic national conditions and universities＇ practical situations, we should refer to the ＂good governance＂theory which was widely applied in Western devel-oped countries and put it into the practice of university adminis-tration in China. |
