| 摘 要： | 现阶段如何适应市场经济的要求,进一步合理、有序地转移农村剩余劳动力,把人口数量优势变为资源优势和经济优势,是关系到我国农村经济进一步发展和社会稳定的重大战略问题。但是由于种种原因,农村剩余劳动力转移缓慢甚至出现回流,其两栖式的流动而非移民型的转移无疑是多因素共同作用的结果,但农村劳动力的受教育水平是一个重要的制约因素。发展现代职业教育,减少素质偏低的劳动力供给,是解决农村剩余劳动力转移的重要途径。

| Abstract: | How to meet the needs of market economy, shift the surplus rural labor force in an orderly and resonablely manner, and turn the advantage of size of population into a resource advantage and economic advantage in the present stage, is concerned the further development of rural economy of our country and great strategic question of the social stability. But for various reasons, the rural transfer of surplus labor is slow and even presents the backset, Its amphibious flow type but not transformation of the immigrating type is undoubtedly a multifactor result that acts on together, but the rural laborer's education level is an important restriction factor. So to develop modern vocational education and to reduce the supply of low-quality labor force are the important way to solve rural transfer of surplus labor. |
