| 摘 要： | 环境正义理念，起源于20世纪80年代的美国，凸现了人类环境伦理观的根本性转变。一方面，人类对于人与自然的关系进行重新定位，另一方面，彰显了国内环境公正、国际环境公正与代际环境公正的基本理念，标志着世界环境保护运动进入新的历史阶段。美国环境正义理念进一步影响世界各国国内环境法律与政策，并且在一些国际环境框架公约中得到明显体现。在我国改革开放如火如荼，经济飞速发展之时，环境正义理念对于建设生态文明，构建社会主义和谐社会具有相当重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Environmental justice, originated in the United States in 1980s, reflects the transformation of the fundamental environmental ethics. On the one hand, the relationship between man and the nature was re - orientated. On the other hand, it expressed the concepts of domestic environmental justice, international environmental justice and intergenerational environmental justice and marked that the world＇s environmental movement entered a new historlcal phase. The concept of environmental justice affected the environmental law and policy of many countries, and was reflected in some international environmental conventions. At present, in China, environmental justice has a very important practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization and a harmonious socialist society. |
