| Abstract: | This article explores the combination of entrepreneurship education with developing employment ability of ethnic minority university students.It argues that in order to cultivate excellent ethnic minority talents with rationality and competence to meet risks,priority of entrepreneurship education should be given to developing their creativity and ability to recognize opportunities as well as cultivating their consciousness and ability to take actions.Meanwhile,importance should be attached to incorporating entrepreneurship into education of liberal arts and integrating theory with practice. |
