| 摘 要： | 探讨了高校教师科研业绩绩效评价的必要性,通过对高校教师科研业绩绩效评价领域的研究现状分析,指出了我国高校教师绩效评价中存在的制度、体系和方法等方面的问题,在此基础上,对进一步改进和完善高校教师科研业绩绩效评价工作提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the necessity of the scientific research achievement of University Teachers performance evaluation, through the analysis of the scientific research achievement of University Teachers performance evaluation of field research, points out the questions of the University teacher performance evaluation in the system, structure and methods, and on this basis, to propose the further improvement of the scientific research achievement of University Teachers performance evaluation of several suggestions. |
