| 摘 要： | 科技基础设施是科技创新能力的重要组成部分,成为衡量国家科技发展水平的重要标志。系统论是分析和理解科技基础设施特性的理论基础,运用系统论的原理,初步探讨科技基础设施的概念模型,从本质上阐述了科技基础设施的内容,并以国家大型科学仪器中心为例,说明了基于系统论的科技基础设施概念模型的作用。

| Abstract: | Science and Technology Infrastructure is the key component of the capability for the science and technology innovation,it becomes the important indication of the level of the national science and technology development.The system theory is the theoretical basis of the analysis and comprehension of the infrastructure characters.The thesis makes primary research of conception model of the science and technology infrastructure on the basis of the principles of the system theory,expatiate the content of the infrastructure in nature,and illustrate the function of the conception model,taking the national big instrument center for example. |
