摩擦电刷镀与GTAW焊接电源控制器的研制

摘    要:为了实现摩擦电刷镀与GTAW焊接的最佳配合使用,本文在实验的基础上研制了一台GTAW焊接与摩擦电刷镀电源控制器;在此基础上,对该控制器进行了GTAW焊接与摩擦电刷镀性能试验;结果表明,利用该控制器与直流恒压特性电源串联使用,不仅可以进行摩擦电刷镀,而且还可以进行脉冲GTAW焊接,实现一机两用。同时,为研制组合式焊接与刷镀两用电源奠定了基础。

Abstract:To achieve the best match, the power source controller for rub brush plating and GTAW welding has been developed on the experiment's foundation in this paper. With this as the base, the Function of the power source controller for rub brush plating and GTAW welding has been tested. The result shows that it can not only proceed to rub brush plating but also can proceed the pulse GTAW weld by using the controller and the even characteristic direct current power source,thus realizing one machine two uses. At the same time, it lay the foundation for research and manufacture of combined type of power supply for both welding and brush plating.
