| Abstract: | The university students' affairs are faced with the new task in the new situation,and the reform and innovation of students' affairs has different choices of path.Quoting the flattened concept and perspective,this paper explore the establishment of flattened organization,flattened operation mechanism and flattened relationship between teachers and students in order to improve students' affairs in university. |
