| 摘 要： | 科学预测城镇化水平，对城镇化政策的制定、制度的改革、城市配套设施的建设以及就业问题的解决都具有重要意义．文章以襄阳市为例，运用灰色预测系统模型，得出目前襄阳市城镇化进程与全国同期水平大致相当的结论，并预测襄阳未来城镇化水平．参照寰阳城镇化现状和基本市情，提出推进襄阳城镇化进程的路径选择，走“四化”同步发展的道路，走市场机制主导运行的城镇化道路，走政府调控型的城镇化道路，走外力拉动和内部挖掘并重的城镇化道路．

| Abstract: | It is significant to predict the urbanization level scientifically for policy formulation, reformation, infrastructure building of city and employment problem. Based on the gray system, it holds that the process of urbanization of Xiangyang City keep pace with the national level of the same period. In future, we should choose the way to synchronous development of ＂four modernizations＂, the way to urbanization dominated by market mechanism and controled by governments, the way to urbanization blent external forces with internal forces. |
