摘    要:基于实践层面的组织文化正越来越成为我国文化研究的主流。而组织气氛与组织文化有着千丝万缕的关系。本文追本求源,深入剖析组织气氛和组织文化的研究脉络和运行机制,力求从历史线索中寻找组织气氛与组织文化的异同,了解组织气氛对于组织文化效能起着的关键作用,并试图为我国组织文化的实践层面研究提供一条思路。

Abstract:Organizational culture practicing is becoming a popular topic in the field of culture research in China presently. While organizational climate and organizational culture have countless relations, this article makes track the original source and analyses research history and action mechanisms between organizational climate and culture. The paper tries to find their similarities and differences from historical clue, and understand the key function of organizational climate to culture. Finally, it provides a thought about organizational culture practicing study.
