| 摘 要： | 在保守主义哲学指导下,20世纪20年代历届共和党政府执行了亲工商界的、自由放任的社会经济政策。这种政策虽然有利于工商业发展,但也导致了严重的社会经济问题,使美国经济发展过程中聚集了过多的泡沫,进而引发了美国历史上最严重的经济危机与萧条。
