摘    要:随着大众传媒技术的发展,尤其是第三、四代移动宽频无线通讯技术(3G/4G)和网络信息高速技术的迅猛发展,"微课"教学方式已经悄然诞生。"微课"教学作为一种崭新的教学模式,将不可避免地给高校思政课教学模式的改革和创新带来了机遇和挑战。从介绍"微课"含义和特点入手,针对目前高校思政课改革存在的瓶颈,研究高校思政课实施"微课"教学的必要性和可能性,探索建立"微课"教学的长效机制,从而提升高校思政课教学的实效性。

Abstract:The quick development of mass media, especially the rapid development of the Third and Fourth Generations of Mobile Phone Standards and Technology(3G/4G), in addition to network technology,has made it possible for micro-lectures to be a brand-new teaching mode that can be widely applied to College Ideological and Political Education(CIPE), which will inevitably bring forth opportunities as well as challenges for traditional classroom teaching. Based on her detailed analysis of the implications and characteristics of micro-lectures, the author of this thesis researches on the necessity and possibility of its wide application in CIPE as a means to overcome the bottleneck problems restricting CIPI educational reform and puts forwards, in a tentative effort, her own theory of the necessity of establishing a long-term micro-lecturing mechanism to improve the teaching efficiency of CIPE.
