| Abstract: | To facilitate a comparison of reference services at academic and school libraries, a survey of resource use at school libraries was undertaken. The survey showed that electronic references sources are favored at all levels of schools. The resources used may be different, but the goal of the reference transaction is the same—to create a more information-literate student. |
