摘    要:研究高等教育的全面协调发展,首先要厘清发展的内涵和发展观的历史演变。讨论我国高等教育的发展是否全面协调,需要对50多年来高等教育的增长轨迹进行描述,以此做出评价。从其轨迹来看,我国高等教育的发展有时比较全面、比较协调,有时则是不全面、不协调的。要真正做到高等教育的全面协调发展,必须坚持决策的科学化、民主化,坚持质量第一原则和保证必要的投入。

Abstract:To study Chinese higher education comprehensive and concerted development,we should clear the content of development and historical change of development view.We should also depict the growth locus of Chinese higher education in the recent 50 years and evaluate it.According the locus,sometimes Chinese higher education was comprehensive and concerted development,and sometimes it was not.To promote comprehensive and concerted development of Chinese higher education,we must insist on high qualitied decision-making scientificly and democraticly.We should also invest enough in Chinese higher education.
