高校学科调整的双重滞后原因分析及政策建议

摘    要:在对当前高校学科调整研究现状综述的基础上,提出高校学科调整中存在科技与教育、科技教育与人文教育的双重滞后现象,并进一步分析了原因。同时提出高校学科调整必须紧紧跟踪科技发展趋势,只有将学科调整植于科技发展趋势背景下,才能保持高等教育与社会经济发展要求相适应的新观点,并提出若干政策建议。

Abstract:On the basis of summarization to the current university discipline adjustment research, the article thinks that the university discipline adjustment has dual-lag of the technical and education, the technical education and the humanities education, and further analyzes its reason. Simultaneously the article proposes the university discipline adjustment closely track the technological development tendency, only then place the discipline adjustment under the background of the technological development tendency, it can maintain the new viewpoint that the higher education adapting with the socio-economic development, and puts forward certain policy proposal.
